The object and purpose of this credit Union is a cooperative, nonprofit association under the laws of the State of Florida, for the purposes of encouraging thrift among its members, Creating sources of credit at fair and reasonable rates of interest, and providing an opportunity for its members to use and control their resources on a democratic basis in order to improve their economic and social condition.
Pompano Beach Employee Credit Union has been serving the employees and their families since 1956. Over the years the Pompano Beach Employee Credit Union has grown in assets in excess of 10 million. We are regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an agency of the Federal Government, and the State of Florida Department of Banking. We believe in the "Small Credit Union".
